Terms of Service
Last updated 24 October 2026
About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Slam Dunk Labs Oy (“SponsBody”, “we”), which runs sponsbody.com. By creating an account or buying a spot, you accept them. If you use SponsBody for a company, you accept them on its behalf. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
What SponsBody is
SponsBody is a marketplace for race-day sponsorship. Athletes offer spots on their body, such as chest, shoulders, back and quads, for one race. Brands buy those spots, and the athlete races with the brands’ logos as temporary tattoos or kit prints. We run the platform, take payments from brands and pay athletes after the race. SponsBody is not affiliated with HYROX or any other race organizer.
Accounts
Joining the athlete or sponsor waitlist is free and does not create an account, guarantee admission or reserve a sponsorship. We use your email only for the waitlist updates you consent to; you can withdraw that consent by contacting us.
- You must be 18 or older.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- One account per person. Keep your sign-in secure: you’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud or puts others at risk.
For athletes
Your page
- You choose the race, the spots you sell, their opening prices, and whether you wear logos as tattoos, kit prints or both. The prices we suggest are only suggestions.
- Keep your page accurate. Don’t inflate your reach, for example with bought followers or bots. If we find manipulation, we can remove your Verified badge or your page.
- If you connect a social account, you also follow that platform’s own terms. For YouTube, that means you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- You must be entitled to race in the event you list. Check the event’s rules on sponsor logos before you publish: they differ between events and divisions.
- You let us host and show your page, 3D model, photos and name on SponsBody and in link previews when your page is shared, until you remove them or delete your account.
Race day
- Wear every logo you’ve sold on race day, where and as shown on your page, as a temporary tattoo or kit print as your page says.
- Share race-day photos or videos that show each sponsor’s logo, and mention your sponsors on your social channels.
- If you can’t race, or can’t wear a logo you’ve sold, tell us as soon as you know. We refund the sponsors affected, and you aren’t paid for those spots.
Getting paid
- Brands’ payments are held until your race is done and you’ve posted your race-day photos. Then we pay you what the final sponsor of each spot paid, minus the SponsBody fee of 15%.
- We pay to the payout details you give us. You’re responsible for the taxes on what you earn.
For brands
Buying a spot
- Pick a spot on an athlete’s page, upload your logo and pay the price shown. Stripe handles the payment. Your logo appears on the athlete’s page once the payment goes through.
- Until bidding closes, another brand can take over your spot by paying double the current price. If that happens, we refund your payment in full, minus card processing fees, to the card you paid with, and email the address you gave at checkout.
- If your payment comes through after bidding has closed, after another brand bought the spot, after its price changed or after it went off sale, the spot isn’t yours and we refund your payment in full, card processing fees included.
- Bidding closes 7 days before the race at 20:00 UTC, so logos can be printed in time. After that, the spot is yours.
Your logo
- You must own your logo or have the right to use it, and it must follow the content rules below.
- We or the athlete may refuse a logo that breaks these terms or the race’s rules. If that happens, we refund your payment, minus card processing fees.
- You let us and the athlete show your logo on the athlete’s page and in race-day photos, videos and posts about the sponsorship.
What you get
- Your logo on the athlete at the race, where and as shown on their page, plus race-day photos or videos and mentions on the athlete’s social channels.
- If the athlete doesn’t race, or races without your logo, you get a full refund.
- We don’t promise any particular reach, result or race performance. Verified numbers show the athlete’s connected social accounts as of their last update.
- Prices are in euros or US dollars, as the athlete’s page shows. Stripe sends you a receipt.
Content rules
Logos, photos, text and pages on SponsBody must not:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s trademark, copyright or other rights;
- be hateful, harassing, violent, sexual or discriminatory;
- promote tobacco or nicotine products, weapons, illegal drugs or gambling;
- be false or misleading, including about who a brand is or what it offers.
We may remove anything that breaks these rules and, in serious cases, close the account.
Deleting or closing an account
You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. If sponsor payments on your page aren’t settled yet, email us first so we can settle them. We keep the records the law requires, as our Privacy Policy explains.
If we close an account, we settle its open sponsorships fairly: brands get refunds where the athlete can’t deliver, and athletes are paid for what they delivered.
Liability
We work to keep SponsBody running and accurate, but we provide it as it is and can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We’re not responsible for race results, for a race being cancelled or changed, or for decisions by race organizers.
Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us (as a brand) or the fees we earned from your sales (as an athlete) in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don’t apply where the law doesn’t allow them, such as for damage caused on purpose or through gross negligence, and they don’t affect your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We change the date at the top, and for significant changes we email account holders before they take effect. If you keep using SponsBody after that, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
Finnish law applies. Disputes go to the Helsinki District Court, unless the law gives you the right to go to court where you live, for example as a consumer.
